TRANSPORTATION
We operate all our transfers in private air-conditioned taxis Our fleet of deluxe air-conditioned coaches will transfer your clients with great comfort. All our tour guides are fully licensed by Cyprus Tourism Organization and speak the language of your clients ( where possible )  

Cyprus, the most Easterly and one of the largest Mediterranean islands, lies at the crossroads of Europe, Asia and Africa. Not many holiday destinations have more to offer as the scenery is beautiful and the places of interest are almost limited. Discover Greek temples, Roman mosaics and Crusaders castles scattered around the island. Don't miss Aphrodite's Rock where it is reputed that the Goddess of love and beauty rose from the waters. There are many sun-drenched beaches, lapped by the clear warm sea and sheltered rocky coves. With so many attractions it is easy to understand why Cyprus is so popular with the holiday makers.

POPULATION AND LANGUAGE
The present population is about 705.000 and Nicosia is the capital city and administrative center. The native languages are Greek and Turkish, but English is widely understood and extensively spoken, German and French are spoken at hotels and shops.

CLIMATE AND TERRAIN
The climate is generally sunny and dry. The sun shines for 340 days of the year. Winter is mild and the bathing season practically starts from April and only ends in November. Pineclad forests are only a couple of hours drive from the shore; so one can have swim and mountain trek or skiing, in the cold months, on one and the same day.

HEALTH
Helped by a good climate, health conditions are good and there are good medical facilities. The country is free from infectious diseases.

TIME
Local time is two hours ahead of GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).

CURRENCY
The unit of currency is EURO. Foreign currency can be imported without limitations. Traveler cheques and EURO cheques and cards are accepted.

MARKET
There is a wide selection of consumer goods. Most well know European brands are imported or, in some cases, manufactured in Cyprus under license.

PORTS AND AIRPORTS
There are two commercial ports, at Limassol, main port, and at Larnaca and a yacht marina at Larnaca, one of the best in Middle East. The main Cyprus international airport is at Larnaca while another one operates at Paphos. Cyprus air communications are served by the national carrier, Cyprus Airways, and by over 28 other international airlines.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Cyprus has one of the best telecommunications services in the world, is connected with nearly 133 countries with ISD (instant self dialing) and over 214 countries can be connected by telex, and communications earth satellite is in operation. Naturally Fax facilities are also available to any country connected with instant dialing.

Ayia Napa
Morning drive to Ayia-Napa for a day of fun and swimming. This thriving modern village lies on the finest sandy beaches of the island. Explore its welcoming little bays, stroll on its beautiful shores, swim in its clear blue waters and sunbathe on its golden sandy beaches. A tour no visitor should miss.

Paphos
Drive via the Phasouri citrus and vine plantations to the ancient city of Curium, a beautiful and unspoiled spot perched high on the clifftop to enjoy a dazzling view of the ruins and the sea below.See the well preserved remains of the Greco Roman Theatre and the pavement mosaics before setting out to Paphos. En route we will stop briefly at Petra to Romiou the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. Continue to Kato Paphos to visit the Pillar of St Paul where the Apostle was tied and whipped. After lunch and a stop at the picturesque old harbor visit the famous colorful mosaics of the House of Dionysos. Returning to Limassol there will be a short stop for those who want to purchase the famous Turkish delights of Yeroskipou.

Nicosia Museums & Shopping
Drive in the morning to the Archbishop's palace passing by the Venetian Walls that surround the old city and the newly restored Gate of Famagusta. Visit St John's Cathedral and its frescoes, the Byzantine Museum with its unique collection of icons and the Art Gallery with its European paintings. Proceed to the Cyprus Museum where the richest collection of archaeological finds are exhibited and further on to "Laiki Yitonia" or the so called old city quarter within the Walls. Ample time will be given for shopping and for a stroll around the city. Rules of all monasteries and churches require that male and female visitors are properly dressed. Please no shorts, low cut blouses, etc.

Kykkos Troodos Mountains
The tour heads towards the Troodos Mountains, the green heart of Cyprus, passing through picturesque villages that have remained unchanged for over one hundred years. The highlight of this tour is a visit to Kykkos Monastery, the most famous and wealthiest monastery in Cyprus founded in 1092 by the Byzantine. Then on to the Tomb of Archbishop Makarios III, the first President of the Cyprus Republic at Throni Peak. On returning to Limassol the tour passes just below Mount Olympus, the highest mountain in Cyprus at 6,403 feet above sea level.

Cyprus Night - Food, Wine & Dancing
Drive through Limassol on to one of the most beautiful villages in Cyprus. Omodos village is famous for its wineries and the monastery of the Holly Cross. The drive takes us further up the Troodos Mountains to the picturesque village of Platres where you are invited to join us in this especially prepared Cypriot Night entertainment. Dancers in their national costumes will entertain you with folk dances and the resident band will introduce you to Bouzouki music and dancing. Many traditional Cypriot dishes will be served as an initiation to local cuisine together with local wine. This tour is held in a typical village tavern on the mountains.

Day Cruise
Come along to one of our best tours. This is the day of relaxation, sunbathing, swimming and fun. We will cruise around Limassol bay on board on one of the many yachts available and then to the sandy beaches of "Ladies Mile" for more swimming and sunbathing. Participants may opt to stay on board and use its superb facilities or go ashore. Lunch will be served on board. Bar facilities and changing rooms are also available.
